7 Tips to Achieve a Daily Meditation Practice

One of the most difficult things about meditation is establishing a daily meditation routine, learn about some insider tips that can make your meditation more enjoyable so you can improve your daily practice.

1. Try to go to bed always at the same hour: when you do your daily meditation your sleeping pattern becomes steadier so when you go to bed always at the same it creates a routine and you can meditate easier.

2. Avoid heavy meals at night: is harder to meditate when you have unhealthy or heavy food at night as your digestion will make you lose focus.

3. Use a meditation aid: if you want to concentrate easier and faster try an audio entrainment program, they can help you to accelerate the process of meditation and get benefits faster.

4. Drink water: it helps you to meditate, but don’t drink too much just before meditating as you will need to go to the bathroom.

5. Take it easy: start by meditating some minutes each day at your own pace, if you are able to meditate 10 minutes a day, do it. The important thing is to do it daily and grow from there.

6. Go to a meditation retreat: it can help you to give you strenght to start a daily meditation practice, it will also solve doubts you have about the meditation practice or the technique you are using.
