Practice of Meditation is of great benefit to your life. In these times full of stress, anxiety and continuous worries; meditation can give you a way to become mentally stronger and live a happier and calmer life.
But first, let me introduce myself…my name is Camilo Buitrago, I started meditation three years ago after going to a Vipassana meditation retreat. After that I knew that I have to add meditation to my life, the retreat meditation was such a great experience and the personal knowledge I got from it, was invaluable.
So I went home, full of energy and motivation… but after some few weeks, reality sinks in… it was really difficult to start a meditation practice and mixing it with daily life can be very tricky and takes some time to get used to it.
And it wasn’t only my own experience, I talked to some of the people that I met in the retreat, and it seems to be a common problem, so the practice wasn’t much the problem, but getting the habit, the daily meditation practice.
Anyway, I knew the value of meditation for me was so important that I was willing to keep on it “Whatever it takes” and after two years of trial and error… I started this site.
